Winning is very simple, yet not very easy.

For winning you need systems, techniques, habits and routines.

And for achieving those Perseverance, Discipline, Patience and Consistency

For achieving those the Tools which needs to be incorporated are

  1. Willingness
  2. Understanding Patience and The Compounding Effect by Darren Hardy
  3. The 80/20 Principle by Richard Koch
  4. The 5-second rule by Mel Robbins

The Habits and Routines which needs to be there in order to succeed are:

  1. Waking up early and a Sleep Routine
  2. Be healthy

Strech-Warmup-Exercise (Low Reps, Heavier Weight)-Cool Down

Brush your teeth for two minutes at least.

Meditate

Breathe

Drink a gallon of water every day

Eat Protein (A lot of it) (For me Lean body mass x 1.2–2.5g of protein comes out to be at 150 gram of protein every day)

3. Have a great Skincare routine. (Cleanse (For 60 seconds), Treatment (Serums (Retinol, Niacinamide), Moisturize, Sunscreen) (Preferably Twice every day) (Rather than buying expensive clothes first make yourself look good- Reach your level best- People will appreciate that more.

4.Have a great Haircare Routine

5. Start early. (https://medium.com/thrive-global/7-powerful-habits-of-self-made-billionaires-that-will-immediately-improve-your-life-dd37215706ee)

This tip goes for your finances as well as your career success. Financially, start saving your money and investing as soon as possible. Self-made billionaires realize the enormous value of compound interest, and that a small amount invested now can become a fortune later.

Additionally, some of the world’s largest companies are run by CEOs that are under 40 — such as, most famously, Mark Zuckerberg at 32. These young CEOs were able to capitalize on their strengths early in life and use it to catapult to success.

You don’t have to be young to achieve success, but you should adopt the attitude that it’s never too early to start thinking about your future. Don’t be afraid to take a leap in your career, even if you think you’re too inexperienced. If you keep waiting for the perfect timing to take an opportunity, it may never come.

12. Have great friends and accountability partners

13. Have 1 or 2 mentors in your life

14. Visualize, Feel, See — Make use and Take advantage of Manifestation, Law of Vibration, Law of Attraction, Luck, Karma, Destiny.

15. Enjoy your life. (Because you never know if you will be there tomorrow or not, so be present and enjoy each and every moment.)
